I completely agree. Couple years ago my Christmass was pretty much ruined
by
several factors (I suppose that would have been my first christmass as an
adult mentality than a childish one). And I haven't felt good about
Christmass since, but I have been trying to get it back, I just don't know
what I'm missing.
It's not the gifts. I don't know what I want anyway, we're almost to the
point of exchanging $20 bills.
It's not the family. I'm with them for the holidays.
It's not the food. It's kinda like thanksgiving (which, btw, is my
favorite
holiday--it's like Christmass only it doesn't have the
over-comercialization).
It's not the comercialized-cheapness seen everywhere (see, we have real
tree
ornaments and lights, from back in the 80s and 90s when Christmass
actually
started in December).
