I understand that book two is better than book one. I haven't read either
one, yet. To be quite honest, I think the Stawicki covers have kept me
from
picking them up! I'll probably read the paperbacks at some point.
Come to think of it, I've almost never read a Dragonlance book right as
soon as it came out. SG, DoSF, and WoS are probably the only ones. Also a
couple of the Linsha books (WHY??). Usually I'm involved in some other
non-DL book, and only go back and read a DL book if I've heard
particularly
good things about it. I probably will read Amber & Blood as soon as it
comes out, though. Also will read Destiny very soon. But Lost Chronicles?
I
can read those at any time, and until then I don't really feel like I'm
missing anything. Regards.
