As for the Lost Chronicles: Only read halfway through the first book,
I'm afraid. Nice to revisit the characters, but for some reason wasn't
dragged into the story. I seem to remember part of my problem was W&H
paid too little attention to describing the setting, which has been
part of the problem with W&H books in later years. Another thing was
that some of the conflicts between characters felt a bit unnecessary
and contrived, unlike in the Chronicles. Don't recall any details as
to why I felt that way, though. I will probably pick the book up again
sometime in the future.
