You could go to the Dragonlance Forums and ask other DMs what they thought
of Dragons of Winter. I don't know about Sean Macdonald, but Cam Banks is
very active on the forums and will probably reply to you with some useful

Dragonlance Nexus has pages for products which give information and also
have links to buy books from Amazon.com. They don't have a page up for
Dragons of Winter yet. I have contacted Dragonlance Nexus to remind them
that they haven't put Dragons of Winter up, so you should see it appear
fairly soon. When it is done there should be a link to it from this page:
