Maybe he was thinking that a movie that was slated specifically for an
Indian theatrical release would be designed to appeal to Indians?
Having seen several Indian movies (gotta love film cl***** in
college!), their style is MUCH different than Western European and
American styles... but I have to admit, I don't think I've ever seen an
Indian cartoon...
On a side note...
Every time I think of an animated DragonLance movie, I can't help but
think of the 1980's cartoon series "Dungeons and Dragons," and frankly,
it scares me!
