Pretty much. I didn't even have afdl set up until I had to spend a
couple hours troubleshooting why our newsgroups weren't really
working... A state they had been in for over 6 months before anyone
noticed. There are a unique 36 users using Usenet on our network on any
average month. Out of ~120,000 home users. Most of those are probably
just doing binary downloads.
