Each of the three DLC volumes can be purchased in PDF format from Paizo
LLC the publishers of Dragon and Dungeon magazines for $4a piece. I
don't know if these are the scaled down reprints that you refer to
though, or what sort of quality the scans that have (probably been) used
are.

The _really_ tiny format versions were released came in two boxed sets,
each of which held eight of the modules, and were copies produced at
roughly 1/9th scale, maybe even 1/16th
