Not at all.  As I pointed out previously, and allowing for this being
my own opinion, "there are almost no good reasons for why two such
settings cannot exist concurrently and indefinitely together".  I
believe there is sufficient evidence to back that up, particularly when
we consider that individual DL fans have never ****ed away from
inventing their own "alternate reality", terming it canon, and
defending it from all challengers with an almost religious fervor.  The
DL fanbase may not be huge, but it's obviously big enough.
